Experience as Yoga Teacher: More than 20 years
Born in Uttarakhand Himalaya, started Yoga Journey with Shivananda Ashram after practicing long time with Ashram He completed Yoga and Vedanta course from Shivananda Ashram. He continued his Yogic education by obtaining the Master’s degree in Yogic Science from Jain Vishwa Bharti University Rajasthan.

Yoga, as we know, is a "Jeevan Vigyan" (science of life) with the potential to profoundly improve and enrich every individual’s life.
Reflecting on my own childhood, I recognize that overcoming hesitation, fear, low confidence, and a lack of understanding from parents and teachers was a significant challenge. These barriers often prevented active participation in school events and hindered communication about problems with parents and teachers.
Yoga offers a path to self-realization, which involves understanding one's body, mind, and overall being. Through regular practice, individuals begin to understand themselves, others, and the world around them more deeply.
Yoga is not just about performing complex poses; it is about maintaining concentration and awareness in whatever we do. This focus helps unlock our minds and potential, which is a key aspect of yoga.
